STOP GENDER VIOLENCE

(3 votes)

Feels pity on hearing that 3 girls were attacked at basantapur (by the side of which police sation at hanumandhoka is located) with acid and the accused have not yet been caught. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

Our police are not that much capable also to reduce the crime near their area atleast (leave it for othe areas where there are no police at all)

Till date, the accused are roaming in an open environment without fear. WOW!! Crime is so common in this country…

WHY ONLY GIRLS???HAVE YOU EVER HEARD THAT A GIRL THROWING ACID OR BURNING BOYS??? NO!!! WHY???

Then there must be something that has given these men so much of power that they are not afraid to do anything they like with girls and that power first of all comes from where they have been brought up..

A good education with moral values should be taught to each and every boys from childhood. This will remarkably make a change in their behaviour. Our government instead of wasting money for making temporary roads for the saarc visitors can set up more schools and colleges for enrolling all the strict children.

As it is said that home is the best school. So , a good cultural values and respect for woman should be taught to children by their guardians.

So, EDUCATION plays quite an important role.

The accused donot think twice before commencing such an inhuman act. WHY??? Because there is no such hard rule against all these for which the accused have to worry. So, I request the government to implement law for violence against woman. The best punishment I think for vitriolage should be vitriolage, likewise for burning should be burning, so that the accused will know the pain the woman goes through.

Our police, they should be smart and fast enough to catch the accuse atleast within 48hours so that the accused can know the power of police and refrain himself from doing such act. Not like in case of recent acid attack in basantapur where 1 month has passed away but no accuse have been arrested.

“FEELS SHAME ON OUR POLICE”

WOMAN EMPOWERMENT- this is very important. If woman is able to stand on her own feet without being dependent upon others( especially men), this will surely raise the status of the women in the societies, and reduce the so called entity- “MALE CHAUVINIST SOCIETY”

Educating each and every girls and giving them the environment to raise their voice for violence against woman will surely reduce the male honor.

Sometimes in our neighbourhood only, there happens so much of violence against woman ( mainly wife by her husband) but we keep quiet thinking that it is their personnal matter and we shouldn’t interfere. This gives the strenght to these men to harm their wife more and more.

So, when it comes to violence against woman, then it is no more a personal issue, it becomes a public matter.

So, it is the responsibility of each and every citizen to take action against such domestic violence and save such woman. Imagine, if each person can see and stop the violence against woman around their  neighbourhood, then no woman will have to die of domestic violence.

There has been many organization set-up which deals with violence against woman. And one of them is woman’s rehabilitation centre but many people are unaware about it. So it becomes the duty of media to spread such information.

IF GOVERNMENT, PEOPLE, POLICE, MEDIA, NGO’S, WORK TOGETHER , THEN MALE AND FEMALE EQUALITY CAN BE ATTAINED AND THIS COUNTRY CAN BE FREE FROM THE TAG OF MALE DOMINATED COUNTRY….AND WOMAN FREE OF VIOLENCE BY MALE……
