Govt commited to overall development: PM Oli
DAMAK, June 10: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has claimed that he was elected to the post for the overall development of the country adding that he had developed an innovative vision in this regard as well.

While laying a foundation stone for the construction of a bridge over Ratuwa Rivulet, he averred that he gives emphasis to the outcome in works and denied that he only makes big talk. He complained that he was attacked with several criticisms while disclosing developmental agendas but people now are realizing that he was the development campaigner.


PM Oli stressed on unity among all parties and different sections of the public to join hands for development. He argued that the incumbent government was committed to utilizing the natural resources for development.

The Prime Minister further said that the government was committed to the overall development of the district, adding that 740 million rupees was allocated for different developmental projects in the district alone.

CPN UML leader and former Constituent Assembly chair Subas Nembang was also present on the occasion.

The construction work of the bridge is expected to complete by three years. The total estimated cost for the construction of the bridge is over Rs 156 million rupees, it is learnt. RSS
